If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment processor before contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend services until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

11. Cancellation Policy

11.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, consultant availability, or other legitimate business reasons. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
